Hotel Joan - Sarande

We had a mighty time here! The sea view from our room was just a sight for sore eyes, and the brekkie was plenty tasty. A bit of noise did sneak in from nearby bars, though, so bring earplugs just in case!

Clean place with hospitable and excellent staff and magnificent view of the sea. Particularly good and incredible location in the center, easy to get anywhere. Also - next to the bars and restaurants as well as walking ways next to the sea...

View is pleasant.

Practical, bright units provided with an excellent view, a nice balcony, as example. A good choice of goodies for breakfast. Unbeatable and incredible location right in the centre of Sarande in a pedestrian area.

I also found the real keys for the door quite inconvenient, almost like I was in some budget place! I expected complimentary water after four nights, but of course, that was too much to ask. I almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn't.

Loved staying at Hotel Joan! The location was perfect, right above the waterfront. The room was clean and spacious, with a lovely sea view and a balcony. Daily cleaning and fresh towels were much appreciated, and the friendly staff was always ready to help with information about local attractions.

The views from the balcony offered a fine perspective over the bay, a sight to admire. Front-facing rooms provide a direct look at the city coastline.

Noise from nearby bars and street traffic was excessive, especially if you're looking for a quiet escape. The metal frame on the bunk bed felt unsafe and should be replaced for families with children. The parking situation wasn't reliable despite multiple inquiries.

Beautiful panoramic views

The location is amazin, super close to the beach and lots of fun places to eat. Staff were realy kind and always helped us when we needed stuff. We got a room w a sea view and it was sick! Breakfast was fresh and had a good variety. The daily cleanin.

The balcony view over the water is fine, giving you an very nice perspective of the bay. I appreciated the daily cleaning service and fresh linens provided without extra charge.

I had significant issues with noise, especially from the nearby bars and street traffic that kept me awake at night. The shower design was inconvenient. Water sprayed all over the bathroom floor due to its open style. The breakfast fell flat-it was lacking variety with just one type of pastry and limited meat options. Some rooms were described inaccurately. One didn't even have a safe, essential for peace of mind. Parking was also a hassle as it wasn't always available despite requests.

Waking up to fine sea views every morning was a true delight. The location was perfect, just steps from the promenade and local attractions. Daily cleaning kept everything fresh, and the staff were really attentive and helpful.
